66例静脉滴注莫西沙星不良反应报告分析

Analysis of 66 cases of adverse drug reactions induced by intravenous drip of moxifloxacin

目的:分析我院静脉滴注莫西沙星所致ADR报告的发生特点及规律,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性调查分析的方法,收集我院2014年1月–2016年12月期间静脉滴注莫西沙星所致ADR报告,共计66例,按照患者性别、年龄、用药情况、不良反应累及系统/器官及临床表现等数据进行描述性统计分析。结果:66例ADR报告中,男性患者35例(53.03%),女性患者31例(46.97%),平均年龄(67.33±20.12)岁;不良反应累及神经系统最多(31.87%),其次为皮肤及其附件(26.09%)、肝胆系统(14.49%)等;最早出现症状者为首次给药10 min后,最迟为给药2周后;严重不良反应报告2例,表现为药物性肝损害(1例),谵妄、躁动、四肢抽搐(1例)。结论:静脉滴注莫西沙星所致不良反应临床表现多样,多轻微、可逆,但仍需警惕严重不良反应的发生,应引起广大医护人员足够重视,加强用药监护,保证用药安全。

Objective：To investigate the characteristics and rules of intravenous drip of moxifl oxacin in our hospital,and to provide references for the rational use of moxifl oxacin in clinic.Methods：Using methods of retrospective investigation and analysis,66 moxifl oxacin intravenous infusion ADR cases during January 2014 – December 2016 in our hospital were descriptive statistical analyzed according to the age and sex of patients,drugs usage,organs and systems involved in ADRs,clinical performance data.Results：In 66 cases of ADR,there were 35 male patients（53.03%） and 31 female patients（46.97%） with mean age of（67.33 ± 20.12）.Adverse reactions involved in the nervous system were the most,accounting for 31.87%,followed by skin and its appendages（26.09%）,hepatobiliary system（14.49%）,etc.The earliest ADR occurred within 10 minutes after administration,while the latest occurred 2 weeks later after administration.Two serious adverse reactions were reported,including drug-induced liver injury（one case）,delirium,dysphoria,and convulsion of the limbs（one case）.Conclusion：Intravenous infusion of moxifl oxacin induced a variety of adverse reactions,although most of them were mild,reversible,it is still necessary to be ware of serious adverse reactions to ensure safe medication,medical personnel should pay enough attentions to drug monitoring.
