摘要
为研究蛋形指数(纵径/橫径)对拉萨白鸡种蛋孵化效果的影响,在相同孵化条件下,选用3世代47周龄拉萨白鸡种蛋1342枚,按照蛋形指数由小到大分为4组(Ⅰ~Ⅳ组,蛋形指数均值组间差异极显著)进行孵化,比较各组种蛋在孵化期不同时间点的蛋重、失重、失重率以及孵化成绩和雏鸡初生重。结果表明,种蛋在整个孵化期都处于稳定失重过程,孵化至第11日时,Ⅰ组种蛋的失重和失重率最大,分别为(3.35±1.30)g和(6.64±2.17)%;孵化至第20日时,Ⅱ组种蛋的失重和失重率最大,分为(6.66±1.43)g和(13.30±2.52)%;Ⅰ组种蛋的受精率、入孵蛋孵化率、受精蛋孵化率及雏鸡初生重占入孵蛋重的百分比均最高,分别为98.23%、80.53%、81.98%、(69.82±3.55)%;Ⅲ组种蛋的雏鸡初生重最大,为(36.69±4.35)g,显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ组(P<0.05)。综上提示,蛋形指数越大,种蛋失重和失重率越小,受精率越低。研究结果为了解拉萨白鸡种质特性,开展拉萨白鸡品种选育和种质资源开发提供了参考。
In order to assess the effect of egg shape index(longitudinal diameter/trasverse diameter) on incubation effect of hatching eggs of Lhasa White Chicken, a total of 1342 hatching eggs were selected from the third generation Lhasa White Chicken 47 weeks of age. The eggs were allocated to four groups according to their egg shape index(Ⅰ-Ⅳ group, there were very significant differences in egg shape index between the four groups). The eggs of different groups were incubated under the same condition, the egg weight, weight loss, and weight loss rate at different incubation timepoints were statistically evaluated, and the hatching performance and chick birth weight were statistically assessed. The results showed that the hatching eggs presented a stable weightlessness process during the whole incubating period; at the 11^(th) day of incubation, the highest weight loss [(3.35±1.30)g] and weight loss rate [(6.64±2.17)% ] were observed in groupⅠ; at the 20^(th) day of incubation, the highest weight loss[(6.66±1.43)g] and weight loss rate [(13.30±2.52)%] were observed in group Ⅱ; the group Ⅰ had the highest fertilization rate(98.23%), hatching eggs hatchability(80.53%), fertilized eggs hatchability(81.98%), and ratio of chick birth weight to hatching eggs weight [(69.82 ±3.55)% ]; the highest chick birth weight [(36.69 ±4.35) g] was observed in group Ⅲ which was significantly higher than group Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅳ(P <0.05).The combined data suggest that the weight loss, weight loss rate and fertilization rate of the hatching eggs were decreased with the increase of egg shape index. Our results provide references for the understanding of germplasm characteristics,conducting of breed selection, and promoting the development of germplasm resource of Lhasa White Chicken.
