小尾寒羊、陶赛特羊二元杂交F_1羔羊和陶赛特羔羊血液指标、肉品质及产肉性能的比较分析

Comparative Analysis on Blood Indexes, Meat Quality and Meat Production Traits of Small Tail Han Sheep and Dorset Sheep Crossbred Lamb (F_1) and Dorset Lamb

选取同等条件下饲养的健康、无异常、6月龄的小尾寒羊×陶赛特羊二元羔羊和陶赛特羔羊作为实验动物并对其进行血液生理生化检测、肉品质及产肉性能的研究。试验结果表明,6月龄血常规结果显示,除了二元杂交羊羔的平均红细胞体积与陶赛特羔羊有显著差异之外,其他各项指标都与陶赛特羔羊无显著差异;血液生化指标结果显示,二元杂交的羔羊碱性磷酸酶、总蛋白、白蛋白与陶赛特羔羊的相应指标差异显著;在相同饲养条件下,6月龄二元杂交羔羊的屠宰体重比陶赛特羔羊高2%以上(P>0.05),屠宰率高3.32%以上(P>0.05),6月龄二元杂交羔羊的眼肌面积比陶赛特羔羊高6.07%(P<0.05),6月龄二元杂交羔羊的屠宰性能和产肉潜力均略高于陶赛特羔羊。

In this study,six-month-old healthy crossbred lamb (F_1) of Small Tail Han sheep and Dorset sheep as well as Dorset lamb with the same rearing condition were selected to compare their blood physiological and biochemical indexes, meat quality and meat production traits. The results showed that except for mean corpuscular volume, no significant differences in the other blood physiological indexes were observed between the crossbred lamb and Dorset lamb; for biochemical indexes, there were significant differences in contents of alkaline phosphatase, total protein and albumin between the crossbred lamb and Dorset lamb;under the same rearing condition, the slaughter weight and slaughter rate of the six-month-old crossbred lamb were 2%(P>0.05) and 3.32%(P>0.05) higher than those of Dorset lamb, respectively; the eye muscle area of the six-month-old crossbred lamb was 6.07%(P <0.05) higher than that of Dorset lamb; the slaughter performance and meat production potential of six-month-old crossbred lamb were superior to those of Dorset lamb.
