摘要
通过评价日粮中添加苦豆渣对泌乳期奶牛乳中营养物质含量及乳体细胞数的影响,为将苦豆子开发为奶牛功能性饲料提供科学依据。选取泌乳期奶牛20头,随机分为试验组(n=10)和对照组(n=10),对照组按照牧场饲养规程进行饲喂,试验组在对照组日喂精料的基础上添加8%的苦豆渣,预试期10 d,正式试验32 d。分别于正试期第1、6、14、25、32天采集试验组及对照组奶牛乳样,利用常规方法检测乳中蛋白质、脂肪、乳糖、干物质含量及乳体细胞数。结果表明,与未添加苦豆渣的对照组相比,试验组奶牛乳中的蛋白质、脂肪、乳糖和干物质含量分别提高了0.07%、0.47%、0.30%、0.60%,同时,在饲料中添加苦豆渣,可使奶牛乳体细胞数在整个试验期内减少约45万个/mL。研究结果为苦豆渣功能性饲料的开发提供了科学依据。
In order to provide scientific references for the development of Sophora alopecuroides residues as functional feed for dairy cows, the effect of dietary supplementation of Sophora alopecuroides residues on milk nutritional components and milk somatic cell count of lactating dairy cows was assessed. Twenty lactating dairy cows were randomly allocated to experimental group(n=10) and control group(n=10). The control group was fed according to the feeding schedule of the experimental dairy farm, while the concentrate of experimental group was partially replaced with 8% Sophora alopecuroides residues. The pre-experiment lasted for 10 days and the formal experiment lasted for 32 days. The quarter milk samples of the experimental group and control group were recovered at the 1^(st), 6^(th), 14^(th), 25^(th), 32^(th) day of experiment, and the milk content of protein, fat, lactose and day matter as well as the milk somatic cell count were determined by conventional methods. The results showed that compared to the control group, the milk content of protein, fat, lactose and day matter of experimental group was increased by 0.07% 、0.47%、0.30% and 0.60%; furthermore, the somatic cell count of experimental group was 4.5 ×10~5 per mL reduced during the whole experimental period compared to the control group. Our results provide scientific references for the development of Sophora alopecuroides residues as functional feed.
