摘要
纤维素酶(cellulase)是一种绿色饲料添加剂,在奶牛日粮中适量添加可提高饲料转化率以及改善奶牛生产性能。主要从纤维素酶的分类、作用机制及其在奶牛生产上的应用进行介绍,以期为纤维素酶的应用推广提供参考。
Cellulase is a green feed additive and can improve the feed conversion rate and production performance of dairy cows.This paper reviewed the classification, mechanism of action, and application of cellulase in dairy cows production, in hoping to provide reference for the popularization and application of cellulase.
