摘要
目的分析医学生实习期间动机强度发展状况,为医学院校加强实习管理提供依据。方法应用自编问卷,调查某院校医学生实习不同时期实习动机及其对所在医院的评价等的变化。结果医学生实习前、中、后的实习动机强度差异有统计学意义(X^2=71.610,P<0.001),实习前期50.1%的实习生动机较强,实习中期28.4%动机较强,后期41.3%较强。对实习生所在医院的整体医疗风气,整体教学风气,实习生的整体学习风气,实习后期和实习中期比较差异均有统计学意义(X^2=82.888、44.395、35.762,P<0.001),实习后期相对实习中期,评价为"很好"的比例均下降。结论医学生实习期间动机强度呈波浪式发展,针对下降原因提升实习动力;有效提升实习教学质量,满足实习生实习需求。
Objective To analyze the development status of motivation intensity of medical students during practice period and offer gists for medical colleges to strengthen the administration.Methods Using self-made questionnaires,we surveyed on students in some medical university about their motivations and the appraisals of the hospitals in different practice period.Results Their motivations in practice prophase,metaphase and anaphase showed statistical significance(X^2=71.610,P<0.001),and the percentages of those with high motivation were respectively 50.1%,28.4% and 41.3%.It showed statistical significance between the appraisals of hospitals' medical culture,teaching culture and the interns' learning culture in anaphase and those in metaphase(X^2=82.888,44.395,35.762,P<0.001),and all the appraisals of "very good" in anaphase decreased compared by those in metaphase.Conclusion Motivation intensity of medical students developed as waves,and practice motivation of medical students should be advanced according to the descending reasons.Practice teaching quality should be boosted effectively and meet the needs of students.
