急性气管炎的中医治疗方法及效果评估

Treatment methods and effect evaluation of acute tracheitis

目的评估急性气管炎的中医治疗方法及治疗效果。方法选择100例急性气管炎患者作为研究对象,根据就诊顺序将100例患者分成两组,先入院50例患者给予复方甘草片治疗设作对照组,后入院50例患者给予中医宣清润燥法治疗设作观察组,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率与对照组相比,分别是90.0%和58.0%,其中观察组疗效更为理想,两组疗效对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组咳嗽症状积分对比差异无统计学意义;治疗后,观察组咳嗽症状积分明显优于对照组,两组咳嗽症状积分对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组咳嗽缓解时间(2.2±2.7)d,对照组咳嗽缓解时间(4.0±1.8)d,观察组咳嗽缓解时间明显短于对照组,两组咳嗽缓解时间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医应用宣清润燥法治疗急性气管炎疗效理想,可以改善临床各种症状,值得推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the treatment and treatment of acute tracheitis.Methods Choose 100 cases of acute bronchitis patients as the research object,according to the doctor order divided 100 patients into two groups,the first hospital of 50 cases patients with compound liquorice tablets treatment set as control group,50 cases of hospitalized patients give Chinese xuan refrigerant drying method to treat as observation group,compared two groups of therapeutic effect.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.0% and58.0%,respectively.The observation group was more effective,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no difference between the two groups of cough symptom scores.After treatment,the integral of cough symptom in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the comparison of the two groups of cough symptoms was statistically significant(P<0.05).Observation group cough relief time(2.2±2.7) d,control cough relief time(4.0±1.8) d,cough reduce time observation group was obviously shorter than the control group,compared two groups of cough easing time difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of acute tracheitis is ideal for the treatment of acute tracheitis,which can improve the clinical symptoms and is worth promoting the application.
