腹腔镜胆囊切除术对胆结石的治疗效果观察及评估

Observation and Evaluation of the Effect of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy in the Treatment of Gallstones

目的观察及评估腹腔镜胆囊切除术对胆结石的治疗效果。方法选取进行治疗的胆结石患者选为本次观察对象,共选取80例。使用单双号分组法,将所有患者分为参照组和研究组两组,每组40例。参照组患者给予传统开腹手术治疗,研究组患者实施腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗。观察对比两组患者的治疗总有效率、平均手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间以及住院时间,并分析两组患者并发症发生的情况。结果治疗后,研究组患者的总有效率(95.00%)显著优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其平均手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、住院时间均显著短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者并发症发生率为5.00%,显著低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论传统开腹手术联合腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆结石患者的效果更为可观,值得广泛推广。

Objective To observe and evaluate the therapeutic effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy on gallstones.Methods 80 cases of gallstone patients were selected as the observation object.Using the odd even number grouping method,all patients were divided into the control group and the study group,40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with traditional open surgery,and the patients in the study group were treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.The total effective rate,average operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization time of the two groups were observed and compared,and the complications of the two groups were analyzed.Results After treatment,the total efficiency of patients in the study group(95.00%) was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the average operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative exhaust time,hospitalization time was significantly shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the study group the incidence of complications was5.00%,significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of traditional open surgery combined with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallstone patients is more impressive,it is worthy of widespread promotion.
