摘要
在机床故障诊断中,振动诊断是最常用的方法。通过介绍频谱分析的原理、金属切削机床振动诊断特点及通过对M2140内圆磨床故障诊断的实例,说明对机床振动信号作频谱分析是机床故障诊断最基本、最常用而且最有效的方法。
In the fault diagnosis of machine tool, vibration diagnosis is the most commonly used method. This paper introduces the principle of spectrum analysis, vibration characteristics and diagnosis of metal cutting machine based on M2140 inner circle grinder examples of fault diagnosis. As the spectrum analysis of vibration signal of machine tool, machine fault diagnosis is the most basic, the most commonly used and most effective methods.Key words:spectrum analysis; metal cutting machine tool; vibration; fault diagnosis
