不同宫颈锥切方法治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变的临床疗效评价

Evaluation on the clinical efficacy of different cervical conization in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia

目的:探讨不同宫颈锥切方法治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变的效果。方法:收治宫颈上皮内瘤变患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组给予冷刀锥切术治疗,观察组给予电刀锥切术治疗。结果:对照组手术时间和术中出血量少于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:对患有宫颈上皮内瘤变的患者采取宫颈电刀锥切手术的治疗方法,具有良好的效果,能有效治疗患者的临床症状,减少并发症。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of cervical conization in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.Methods:60 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group were treated with cold knife conization,and the observation group were treated with electric knife conization.Results:The operation time and intraoperative blood loss in the control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia with cervical knife conization has good effect,effectively improve the patient's clinical symptoms,and also reduce complications.
