立体定向放射术在肺部小肿瘤治疗中的效果观察

Effect of stereotactic radiosurgery in the treatment of small lung tumors

目的:探讨立体定向放射术在肺部小肿瘤治疗中的效果。方法:收治肺部小肿瘤患者50例,随机分成对照组和观察组。对照组采用传统治疗方法,观察组采用立体定向放射术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总好转率和复发率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:立体定向放射术在肺部小肿瘤治疗中的效果显著,不良反应较小。

Objective:To explore the effect of stereotactic radiosurgery in the treatment of small lung tumors.Methods:50 patients with small lung tumors were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,the control group was treated with traditional methods,and the observation group was treated with stereotactic radiotherapy.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total improvement rate and recurrence rate were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of stereotactic radiosurgery in the treatment of small lung tumors was significant,and the adverse reactions were minor.
