食管癌术后早期肠内营养治疗的疗效观察

Effect of early enteral nutrition in patients with esophageal carcinoma after operation

目的:探讨食管癌术后早期肠内营养治疗的价值。方法:收治食管癌切除术患者125例,分为肠外营养组(PN组)和肠内营养组(EN组),比较两组治疗效果。结果:在EN组,术后排气时间早于PN组(P<0.01),住院时间短于PN组(P<0.05)。两组术后第3天白蛋白、前白蛋白、总蛋白比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后第7天EN组白蛋白和前白蛋白高于PN组(P<0.05),总蛋白差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:食管癌术后经十二指肠营养管行早期肠内营养治疗操作简单、安全有效、费用低廉。

Objective:To explore the effect of early enteral nutrition in patients with esophageal carcinoma after operation.Methods:125 patients with esophageal cancer resection were selected.They were divided into the parenteral nutrition group(the PN group)and the enteral nutrition group(the EN group).We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the EN group,the postoperative exhaust time was earlier than that of the PN group(P<0.01),and the length of stay was shorter than that of the PN group(P<0.05).On the third day after operation,there was no significant difference in albumin,prealbumin and total protein between groups(P>0.05).On the seventh day after operation,albumin and prealbumin in the EN group were higher than those in the PN group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in total protein(P>0.05).Conclusion:After esophageal cancer surgery,the operation of early enteral nutrition with duodenal nutrient tube was simple,it was safe and effective,and the cost was low.
