宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉切除术110例临床研究

Clinical study on hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps in 110 cases

目的:探讨宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉切除术的效果。方法:收治子宫内膜息肉患者110例,所有患者均采取宫腔镜下手术治疗。结果:手术成功率100%,无并发症出现。术后随访3~12个月期间,月经增多者有效率88%,阴道不规则出血者有效率100%,贫血患者在术后1~3个月血红蛋白开始恢复正常。结论:宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉切除术对于患者的疾病治疗更加彻底,同时也能避免传统治疗当中的弊端,降低复发率,是治疗子宫内膜息肉的重要方式。

Objective:To investigate the effect of hysteroscopy in the treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods:110 patients with endometrial polyps were treated with hysteroscopy.Results:The success rate of operation was 100%,and no complication occurred.During the followed-up period of 3~12 months,the effective rate of menstruation increased by 88%,the rate of irregular vaginal bleeding was 100%,and the anemia returned to normal 1~3 months after the operation.Conclusions:Hysteroscopy of endometrial polyp resection for the treatment of patients with the disease more thoroughly,but also can avoid the disadvantages of the traditional treatment,reduce the relapse rate.It is an important way for the treatment of uterine endometrial polyps.
