美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床效果观察

Clinical observation on metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease and heart failure

目的:探讨美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭的效果。方法:收治冠心病心力衰竭患者90例。对照组给予美托洛尔治疗,观察组给予美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,观察组治疗后心功能改善明显(P<0.05)。结论:美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭可有效改善患者心悸、胸闷、呼吸困难等临床症状,对改善个体心功能具有重要意义。

Objective:To investigate the effect of metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease and heart failure.Methods:90 patients with coronary heart disease were treated with metoprolol,and the observation group were treated with metoprolol combined with trimetazidine.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the improvement of cardiac function in the observation group after treatment was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease and heart failure can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of palpitations,chest tightness,dyspnea and so on,which has great significance to improve the individual cardiac function.
