高能红蓝光联合果酸加清除术治疗面部痤疮的疗效观察

Efficacy of high energy red blue light combined with tartaric acid and cleaning in the treatment of facial acne

目的:探讨高能红蓝光联合果酸加清除术治疗面部痤疮的临床疗效。方法:收治痤疮患者120例,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组采用维胺酯胶囊、美满霉素片和维胺脂维E乳膏治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用高能红蓝光联合果酸加清除术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:高能红蓝光联合果酸加清除术治疗面部痤疮有较好的临床疗效,且不良反应轻微。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of high energy red blue light combined with tartaric acid and cleaning in the treatment of facial acne.Methods:120 patients with facial acne were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group was treated with viaminate capsules,minocin tablet and viaminate and vitamin E cream.The treatment group was treated with high energy red blue light combined with tartaric acid and cleaning on the basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of high energy red blue light combined with tartaric acid and cleaning in the treatment of facial acne was better,and the adverse reactions were mild.
