宣肺通窍法治疗急性分泌性中耳炎的疗效观察

Curative effect of Xuanfei Tongqiao therapy in the treatment of acute secretory otitis media

目的:探讨宣肺通窍法治疗急性分泌性中耳炎的效果。方法:收治急性分泌性中耳炎患者70例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用宣肺通窍法加常规西药治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率和治疗后各项生活质量评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:宣肺通窍法治疗急性分泌性中耳炎的效果显著。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of Xuanfei Tongqiao therapy in the treatment of acute secretory otitis media.Methods:70 patients with acute secretory otitis media were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The observation group was treated with conventional western medicine plus Xuanfei Tongqiao therapy.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:The total effective rate and quality of life scores after treatment in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Xuanfei Tongqiao therapy in the treatment of acute secretory otitis media was significant.
