复方菖蒲益智汤联合尼莫地平治疗中风后轻度认知功能障碍的临床研究

Clinical study on compound acorus yizhi decoction combined with nimodipine in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment after stroke

目的:探讨复方菖蒲益智汤联合尼莫地平治疗中风后轻度认知功能障碍的效果。方法:收治中风后轻度认知功能障碍患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例。两组均给予脑卒中常规治疗,对照组加用尼莫地平治疗,观察组在上述治疗基础上加用复方菖蒲益智汤治疗。结果:经治疗后两组患者认知功能各项目评分均较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),其中观察组定向能力、回忆能力和语言能力评分均显著高于治疗后的对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方菖蒲益智汤联合尼莫地平治疗中风后轻度认知功能障碍能显著改善患者的认知功能。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of compound acorus yizhi decoction combined with nimodipine in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment after stroke.Methods:120 patients with mild cognitive impairment after stroke were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.The two groups were given routine treatment of stroke.The control group were treated with nimodipine,and the observation group were treated with compound acorus yizhi decoction based on the above treatment.Results:After the treatment,cognitive function scores of patients in the two groups were significantly higher than those before the treatment(P<0.05),in which the memory orientation ability,ability and language scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after the treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound acorus yizhi decoction combined with nimodipine in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment after stroke can significantly improve the cognitive function of the patients.
