小儿结肠镜检查中应用二氧化碳效果观察

摘要 目的:探讨二氧化碳应用于小儿结肠镜检查的安全性及效果。方法:收治行结肠镜检查患儿94例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用空气作为膨胀气体,观察组采用二氧化碳作为膨胀气体,比较两组应用效果。结果:两组患儿各时间点的动脉血二氧化碳分压对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患儿检查时、检查后10 min、20min的腹痛评分和腹胀评分及检查后1 h结肠膨胀程度评分均明显低于对照组,检查中、检查后10 min、检查后3 h的脉搏、呼吸、动脉血氧分压等指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:二氧化碳在小儿结肠镜检查中应用能有效缓解检查结束后的腹痛、腹胀症状,并且不增加二氧化碳潴留。 Objective:To investigate the safety and effect of carbon dioxide in pediatric colonoscopy.Methods:94 cases of children with pediatric colonoscopy were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group used air as the expanding gas.The observation group used CO2 as the expanding gas.We compared the application effect of two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure between groups at each time point(P>0.05).The abdominal pain score and abdominal distension score at checking time,10 minutes after examination,20 minutes after examination,and colon swelling score at 1 hour after the examination were significantly lower than those of the control group,pulse,respiration,arterial oxygen partial pressure and other indicators at checking time,10 minutes after examination,3 hours after examination were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of carbon dioxide in pediatric colonoscopy can effectively relieve the symptoms of abdominal pain and bloating after the examination,and it did not increase carbon dioxide retention.
