应用易术心理剧元素对创伤后患者进行心理干预的研究

Study on the application of Yishu psychological drama elements on trauma patients with psychological intervention

目的:探究易术心理剧对创伤后患者心理危机干预的效果。方法:收治严重创伤后存在心理应激反应患者78例。研究组以易术表达性心理治疗元素进行心理危机干预,对照组以传统医护人员心理护理进行干预。结果:干预后,两组PCL-C评分都有明显改善(P<0.05),且研究组PCL-C评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用易术心理剧元素对创伤后患者进行心理干预,较传统心理干预更利于患者积极地面对病痛与生活。

Objective:To explore the effect of Yishu psychological drama on the psychological crisis intervention in patients with trauma.Methods:78 patients with severe psychological stress reaction after trauma were selected.The study group were given psychological crisis intervention using Yishu psychological drama elements,and the control group with traditional medical staff psychological nursing intervention.Results:After the intervention,the PCL-C scores in the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the PCL-C score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the traditional psychological intervention,application of easy psychological drama elements on trauma patients with psychological intervention is more beneficial to patients with active in the face of pain and life.
