胃肠外科手术患者感染的因素分析及预防对策分析

Analysis of infection factors and preventive measures in patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery

目的:探讨胃肠外科手术患者感染的因素及预防对策。方法:收治行胃肠外科手术出现感染患者146例,分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规预防措施,观察组采用针对性预防措施。结果:两组感染因素对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组预防护理后感染率对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组预防护理后患者总满意率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胃肠外科手术患者感染的因素较多,根据患者的实际情况,为患者实施针对性的感染预防措施,可以改善患者的生活质量。

Objective:To explore the infection factors and preventive measures in patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery.Methods:146 patients with infection after gastrointestinal surgery were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given routine preventive measures,and the observation group was given targeted preventive measures.Results:There was no significant difference in infection factors between groups(P>0.05).The difference of infection rate between groups after the prevention nursing was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was significant difference between groups in the total satisfaction rate after the prevention nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion:The infection factors of gastrointestinal surgery patients were more.According to the actual situation of patients,we implemented targeted infection prevention measures for patients,and these measures can improve the quality of life of the patients.
