小儿哮喘急性发作100例的护理分析

Nursing on 100 cases with acute attack of asthma in children

目的:总结小儿哮喘急性发作的护理经验,进一步提高护理质量和效果。方法:收治小儿哮喘急性发作患者100例,加强呼吸系统护理、心理护理、用药护理、创造良好的就医环境,让患者保持愉悦的心情、饮食护理等。结果:治疗前呼气峰流速、1 s用力呼吸量占肺活量的百分比、肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积明显低于治疗后(P<0.05)。结论:加强呼吸系统护理、心理护理、用药护理、创造良好的就医环境,让患者保持愉悦的心情、饮食护理等是小儿哮喘急性发作的护理关键。

Objective:To summarize the nursing experience of acute attack of asthma in children,and improve the quality and effect of nursing further.Methods:100 cases with acute attack of asthma in children were treated with respiratory system nursing,psychological nursing,medication care,and creating a good medical environment,so that patients can maintain a happy mood,diet care,etc.Results:Before the treatment,the peak expiratory flow rate,forced breathing volume at the first second,vital capacity,forced expiratory volume at the first second were significantly lower than those after the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthen the respiratory system nursing,psychological care,medication care,create a good medical environment,so that patients maintain a happy mood,diet care is the key to nursing care of acute attack of asthma in children.
