循证护理对行气管切开神经外科患者术后并发症和康复情况的影响

Effect of evidence-based nursing on postoperative complications and rehabilitation of patients undergoing tracheotomy in department of neurosurgery

目的:探讨循证护理对行气管切开的神经外科患者术后并发症及康复情况的影响。方法:收治行气管切开的神经外科患者86例,分为研究组与对照组。对照组采用传统护理措施,研究组在对照组基础上加用循证护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组氧分压及二氧化碳分压高于对照组,碱剩余低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对行气管切开的神经外科患者实施循证护理能降低术后并发症发生率,改善通气效果,提高生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on postoperative complications and rehabilitation of patients undergoing tracheotomy in department of neurosurgery.Methods:86 patients undergoing tracheotomy in department of neurosurgery were selected.They were divided into the study group and the control group.The control group was given traditional nursing measures,and the study group was given evidence-based nursing on the basis of the control group.We compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results:The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).In the study group,the partial pressure of oxygen and the partial pressure of carbon dioxide were higher than those of the control group,the residual of alkali was lower than that of the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of evidence-based nursing for patients undergoing tracheotomy in department of neurosurgery can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve the ventilation effect and improve the quality of life.
