心理护理在脑膜瘤切除术后康复过程中的应用价值研究

Application value of psychological nursing nn the rehabilitation of patients after resection of meningioma

目的:探讨心理护理在脑膜瘤切术术后康复过程中的应用价值。方法:收治脑膜瘤切除术患者66例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各33例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予心理护理,观察两组患者的抑郁与焦虑情绪。结果:观察组术后康复过程中的焦虑与抑郁改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理在脑膜瘤切除术后康复过程中应用,可促进预后康复。

Objective:To explore the application value of psychological nursing in the rehabilitation of patients after resection of meningioma.Methods:66 patients undergoing resection of meningiomas were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 33 cases in each group.The control group were given conventional nursing,and the observation group were given psychological nursing,then we observed the negative emotions of anxiety and depression of patients in the two groups.Results:Improvement of anxiety and depression in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of psychological nursing in the rehabilitation process after meningioma resection can promote the prognosis and rehabilitation.
