摘要
目的:探究、分析综合护理干预对失能老人生活质量的改善作用。方法:收治失能老人90例,分为两组。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组实施综合护理干预,对比、观察两组老年患者生活质量的变化情况。结果:观察组生活质量评分明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预能够有效提升失能老年患者的生活质量,对其康复效果具有积极的影响作用。
Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of life of the disabled elderly.Methods:90 disabled elderly were selected.They were divided into the two groups.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The changes of quality of life in two groups of elderly patients were observed.Results:The quality of life score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of life of elderly patients with disability,and it has a positive impact on the rehabilitation effect.
