基于智能手机的社区中老年2型糖尿病患者健康管理评价

Evaluation of health management in middle-aged and elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus based on intelligent mobile phone

目的:探讨使用手机软件对于社区中老年2型糖尿病患者健康管理的效果。方法:收治社区中老年2型糖尿病患者79例,下载糖尿病手机软件,观察健康管理效果。结果:干预前与干预后3个月及6个月患者的糖化血红蛋白下降明显(P<0.05)。结论:使用手机软件对社区中老年2型糖尿病患者进行管理效果显著。

Objective:To investigate the effect of mobile phone software on health management of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in community.Methods:79 middle-aged and elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were selected from the community,and the mobile phone software was downloaded to observe the effect of health management.Results:Compared with before the intervention,the glycosylated hemoglobin decreased significantly after intervention for 3 months and 6 months(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using of mobile phone software for community elderly patients with type 2 diabetes management effect is remarkable.
