本文探讨了轮转护士和新入职护士在传染病病房规范化培训管理模式。通过对在传染病病房轮转和新入职护士进行专科规范化的培训及考核,帮助她们提高职业防护能力,减低职业暴露发生率,使其成为能独立担当的合格护士,满足临床护理工作的需要。

In this paper,the standardized training management model of rotating nurses and new nurses in infectious wards was explores.Specialized training and assessment for rotation and new nurses in infectious diseases ward improved their occupational protection ability,and reduced the incidence of occupational exposure,so that they can become independent qualified nurses to meet the needs of clinical nursing work.
