摘要
建立了百湿芬肠溶胶囊中酮洛芬的手性拆分方法.利用PM-β-环糊精手性固定相拆分百湿芬肠溶胶囊中的酮洛芬对映异构体,对流动相的组成、pH值、流速等色谱条件进行优化.以甲醇-0.1%乙酸三乙胺=(40∶60)做为流动相,缓冲溶液pH=4.00,色谱柱温为25℃,流动相流速为0.7 m L/min,在此条件下,百湿芬肠溶胶囊中的酮洛芬得到较好拆分.
The chiral separation method of ketoprofen in enteric-coated capsule was established.Ketoprofen enantiomers were separated on PM-β-cyclodextrin chiral column by HPLC.The influence factors on chiral separation were considered,including the kinds,the flow rate and the p H of mobile phase.Methanol-0.1% triethylanine acetate(TEAA) buffer solution(40 ∶ 60) as mobile phase,with p H was 4.00 and the flow rate was 0.7 m L/min,the column temperature as 25 ℃,ketoprofen enantiomers in enteric-coated capsule were separated.
