基于二硫缩烯酮的吲哚官能化的研究进展

摘要 吲哚衍生物是重要有机化合物,有的已经成为应用于临床治疗疾病的药物.二硫缩烯酮是重要有机合成中间体,在有机合成中有广泛应用.因此,基于二硫缩烯酮的吲哚官能化研究引起人们的关注.本文从吲哚的烷基化、烯基化和环合三方面,综述了基于二硫缩烯酮的吲哚官能化的研究进展. Indole derivatives are important organic compounds,most of which have good bioactivity,and some of them have been used in clinical treatment of diseases.Ketene dithioacetals are important organic synthetic intermediates,and have been widely used in organic synthesis.Thus,the research of indole functionalization based on ketene dithioacetals had received more and more attention.In this paper,it was mainly given an overview on progress on the functionalization of indoles based on ketene dithioacetals from the perspectives of alkylation,alkenylation and cyclization of indoles.
