乙型肝炎诊断中患者实施血清中免疫球蛋白检验的应用价值分析

Analysis of the application value of serum immunoglobulin in diagnosis of patients with hepatitis B

目的研究乙型肝炎诊断中血清免疫球蛋白检验的应用价值。方法选择2015年7月-2017年6月本院接诊的乙型肝炎病患50例为实验组,并将本院同期接收的健康体检者50名作为对照组。对两组均检测血清免疫球蛋白水平,综合分析两组的检验结果,同时作出比较。结果实验组的IgG、IgM与IgA水平依次是(16.7±5.4)g/L、(3.9±0.8)g/L、(3.5±0.6)g/L,明显比对照组的(9.6±2.3)g/L、(2.0±0.6)g/L、(1.8±0.4)g/L高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。重型乙型肝炎组的IgG、IgM与IgA水平和慢性乙型肝炎组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对乙型肝炎病患施以血清免疫球蛋白检验,有助于评估其肝损害的程度,并能为患者疾病预后的判断提供重要依据。

ABSTRACT：Objective To explore the application value of serum immunoglobulin test in diagnosis of pa-tients with hepatitis B. Methods 50 cases of hepatitis B were selected from July 2015 to June 2017 as the experimental group, and 50 healthy checkers received physical examinationin the same period were collected as control group. The serum immunoglobulin levels were detected in both groups, and the results of the two groups were analyzed and com-pared. Results IgG, IgM and IgA levels in the experimental group was （16.7±5.4） g/L, （3.9±0.8） g/L and （3.5±0.6） g/L respectively, signifcantly higher than those of the control group [（9.6±2.3） g/L, （2.0±0.6） g/L and （1.8±0.4） g/L], with signifcant differences between groups （P〈0.05）. There was signifcant difference in IgG, IgM and IgA in heavy hepatitis B group compared with chronic hepatitis B group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Serum immunoglobulin test for hepatitis B pa-tients can help assess the extent of liver damage and provide an important basis for the prognosis of patients.
