摘要 目的研究细菌性食物中毒病原学情况及微生物检验效果。方法研究对象为2016年5月1日—2017年5月2日在我院进行治疗的细菌性食物中毒患者,对100例患者的病原菌进行微生物检验,观察病毒血清型分布情况。结果病原菌在粪便中的检出率最高(62.16%);病原菌种类的检出率按照由高到低排列依次为副溶血性孤菌(13.41%)、变形杆菌(3.12%)、沙门菌(3.05%)、致泻性大肠埃希菌(2.99%)、志贺菌(1.86%)、金黄色葡萄球菌(0.53%)和非01群霍乱弧菌(0.53%)、蜡样芽孢杆菌(0.27%);经血清学鉴定结果显示202株副溶血性孤菌中O3:K6血清型、O4:K8血清型、其他分别为135株、26株、41株;45株致泻性大肠埃希菌中包括致病性大肠细菌27株、侵袭性大肠细菌10例、产毒性大肠埃希菌8例。46株沙门菌中包括肠炎沙门菌株18例、鼠伤寒沙门菌7例、德尔卑沙门菌9例以及猪霍乱沙门菌12例。金黄色葡萄球菌包括A型6株、A-C型1株、A-D型1株共8株。结论针对细菌性食物中毒,进行微生物检验可有效判断病原菌菌属、菌种以及血清类型,便于临床进行针对性治疗,还有利于明确并控制污染源。 Objective To study the pathogenic condition of bacterial food poisoning and the effect of microorganism test. Methods The subjects of this study were patients with bacterial food poisoning who were treated in our hospital from May 1, 2016 to May 2, 2017. The pathogenic bacteria in 100 patients were examined by microbiological examination, and the distribution of virus serotypes was observed. Results The results of pathogenic bacteria in feces was the highest (62.16%); According to the type of pathogens, from high to low order were Vibrio parahaemolyticus (13.41%), Proteus (3.12%), Salmonella (3.05%), Diarrhoea Escherichia coli (2.99%), Shigella (1.86%), Gold Staphylococcus Aureus (0.53%) and Vibrio cholerae ( non-01) (0.53%), Bacillus cereus (0.27%); serological identification results showed that 202 strains of serotype O3K6, Vibrio parahaemolyticus serotype O4:K8 and other were respectively 135 strains, 26 strains, 41 strains; 45 strains of pathogenic Escherichia Ethiopia and bacteria including Escherichia bacteria 27 stranins and invasive Escherichia bacteria in 10 cases, 8 cases of enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli. Of the 46 Salmonella strains, there were 18 cases of Salmonella enteritis, 7 casesof Salmonella typhimurium, 9 cases of Salmonella Del, and 12 cases of swine cholera Salmonella. Staphylococcus aureus consisted of 6 A strains, 1 A-C and 1 A-D strain. Conclusion For microbial food poisoning, microbiological examination can effectively identify pathogenic bacteria, strains and serotypes, facilitate clinical targeted treatment, and help to identify and control pollution sources.
