手术室护理人员发生职业暴露的原因分析与防范措施研究

Analysis of Causes of Occupational Exposure for Operating Room Nurses and Preventive Measures

目的探讨手术室护理人员出现职业暴露的原因与防范措施。方法本研究选取2016年7月—2017年7月观察时间内参与我院手术室护理的14名护理人员为试验研究对象,分析护理人员出现职业暴露的原因。结果手术室护理人员的术中职业暴露的发生率(72.73%)明显高于术前(13.64%)及术后(13.64%),经统计学方法处理分析后显示差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术室护理人员因生物感染因素产生的职业暴露发生率(50.00%)明显高于化学因素(22.73%)及物理因素(27.27%),经统计学方法处理分析后显示差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术护理人员出现职业暴露的主要影响因素是生物感染因素,且术中是出现职业暴露的高发时间,通过对护理人员的防护意识进行加强,并对职业暴露的培训进行完善,以期降低出现职业暴露的发生率。

Objective To investigate the causes and preventive measures of occupational exposure to operating room nurses. Methods 14 nurses who participated in the operation room nursing in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were selected as the experimental subjects and causes of occupational exposure of nurses were analyzed. The causes of occupational exposure were analyzed. Results The incidence of intraoperative occupational exposure was significantly higher in operating room nurses （72.73%） than in preoperative （13.64%） and postoperative （13.64%）, and the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Occupational exposure rate （50.00%） in operating room nurses due to biological infection was signifcantly higher than that of chemical （22.73%） and physical （27.27%）. Statistical analysis showed that the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The main infuencing factors of occupational exposure to surgical nurses are biological infection factors, and the high incidence of occupational exposure occurs during surgery. The nursing staff＇s awareness of protection is strengthened and the professional exposure training is improved to reduce occupational exposure Occurrence rate.
