新时期医院基层党支部建设研究

Research on the Construction of Primary Party Branch of Hospital in the New Period

始终坚持党的领导,确保党在经济社会建设中的核心地位,是我国各项事业取得丰硕成果的基本经验,也是在新时期扩大社会主义现代化建设成果的关键。基层党支部,是党的最基层组织,是党的路线方针政策的宣扬者、执行者、维护者和捍卫者,是各项基础工作围绕党为核心健康开展的依托。当前医院基层党支部建设中仍存在"短板",制约着我国医疗卫生事业的进一步改革发展,文章结合笔者的工作实践,就如何做好医院基层党支部建设提出部分意见建议,希望能够达到抛砖引玉的效果,促进医院基层党支部建设更上新台阶。

Upholding the leadership of the party and ensuring the core position of the party in the economic and social construction are the basic experience of fruitful achievements in China＇s various undertakings, and also the key to expanding the achievements of socialist modernization in the new period. The basic level party branch is the party＇s most basic organization, is the propagator, executor, defender of the party＇s line and policy, and is the basis of all the basic work around the party as the core of healthy development. Short board still exist in the construction of grassroots party branches in the hospital, restricting the further development of Chinese medical and health care reform, this paper combined with the author＇s working practice, on how to do the hospital construction of grassroots party branches and puts forward some opinions and suggestions, hoping to cast a brick to attract jade effect, promote the construction of grass-roots party branch hospital on a new step.
