52例二次妊娠合并瘢痕子宫产妇剖宫产并发症情况分析

Analysis of Complications of Cesarean Section in 52 Cases of Second Pregnant Women With Scar Uterus

目的观察与研究二次妊娠合并瘢痕子宫产妇剖宫产并发症情况。方法将我院妇产科2016年2月—2017年2月收治的106例二次妊娠剖宫产患者作为观察对象,106例患者中有52例患者为二次妊娠合并瘢痕子宫产妇(观察组);54例患者为二次妊娠初次选择剖宫产产妇(对照组);观察两组患者产后出血量及剖宫产并发症发生率。结果观察组患者的分娩出血量及并发症发生率均高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二次妊娠合并瘢痕子宫产妇采用剖宫产进行分娩,不仅会增加产后并发症发生率,而且会增加术后出血量。

Objective To observe and study the complications of cesarean section in second pregnant women with scar uterus. Methods 106 cases of second pregnancy with caesarean section from February 2016 to February 2017 in department of gynaecology and obstetrics were observed. Of the 106 cases, 52 cases were second pregnant women with uterine cicatricial uterus （observation group）. 54 cases were frst selected cesarean section in second pregnancy （control group）. The rate of postpartum hemorrhage and the incidence of complications of cesarean section were observed in the two groups. Results The amount of bleeding and the incidence of complications in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Cesarean section for second pregnant women with uterine cicatricial pregnancy will not only increase the incidence of postpartum complications, but also increase the amount of postoperative bleeding.
