动态心电图与超声心动图在冠心病初诊断中的应用效果观察 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨24 h动态心电图(DCG)与超声心动图(ECHO)在冠心病初诊断中的应用价值。方法选取我院2015年10月—2017年3月收治的冠心病患者90例,分别行DCG、ECHO检查,并与冠状动脉造影(CAG)进行对比,分析DCG与ECHO在患者诊断中的准确率、敏感性与特异性。结果 DCG的准确率、敏感性与特异性分别为82.35%、89.47%与63.64%,ECHO的准确率、敏感性与特异性分别为83.86%、77.78%与66.67%。结论 DCG由于监测时间较长,能够获得较高的敏感度,与ECHO比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),可作为冠心病初诊断的参考方法之一。 Objective To investigate the value of 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram (DCG) and echocardiography (ECHO) in the early diagnosis of coronary heart disease. Methods 90 patients with coronary heart disease were selected in our hospital from October 2015 to March 2017, DCG and ECHO examination were performed respectively, and compared with coronary angiography (CAG), the accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of DCG and ECHO in the diagnosis of patients were analyzed. Results The accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of DCG were 82.35%, 89.47%, 63.64% respectively. The accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of ECHO were 83.86%, 77.78%, 66.67% respectively. Conclusion DCG can obtain higher sensitivity because of longer monitoring time, which has significant difference with ECHO (P 〈 0.05), which can be used as one of the important methods to diagnose coronary heart disease.
