雾化吸入布地奈德治疗小儿急性感染性喉炎的效果及安全性评价

The Efficacy and Safety Evaluation of Nebulized Budesonide in the Treatment of Acute Infectious Laryngitis in Children

目的评价雾化吸入布地奈德治疗小儿急性感染性喉炎的效果及安全性。方法选择我院接收的小儿急性感染性喉炎患儿100例,分成观察组与对照组各50例。观察组给予布地奈德雾化治疗,对照组给予地塞米松雾化治疗。结果观察组患儿的治疗总有效率比对照组高,观察组患儿不良反应的发生率(2%)比对照组(14%)低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雾化吸入布地奈德治疗小儿急性感染性喉炎的效果及安全性良好。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of nebulized budesonide in the treatment of acute infectious laryngitis in children. Methods 100 children with acute infectious laryngitis in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with budesonide atomization, and the control group was treated with dexamethasone atomization. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group （2%） was lower than that in the control group （14%）, and the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. There was no difference in the adverse reaction between the two groups. Conclusion The effect and safety of nebulized budesonide in the treatment of acute infectious laryngitis in children is good.
