氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床疗效研究

Clinical study on Treatment of Hypertension and Coronary Heart Disease Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets

目的探讨氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床疗效。方法选取我院2011年3月—2013年7月接收的高血压合并冠心病患者110例作为研究对象,随机均分为对照组和观察组,每组55例。对照组采用阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组给予氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果对照组临床总有效率为74.5%,观察组总有效率为96.4%;对照组心电图改善总有效率为72.7%,观察组为94.5%,观察组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病疗效较好,减少并发症,不良反应少。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of hypertension and coronary heart disease. Methods 110 patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease from March 2011 to July 2013 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 55 cases in each group. The control group was treated with atorvastatin, observation group was treated with amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets treatment. The effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the control group was 74.5%, and the total effective rate in the observation group was 96.4%. The total effective rate of electrocardiogram in the control group was 72.7%, and the observation group was 94.5%. The observation group was obviously superior to the control group, and the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of hypertension and coronary heart disease is ideal, reduce complications, has less adverse reaction.
