中药细胞级粉碎在中药药剂学中的应用探究

The Application of Chinese Medicine Cell Class Pulverization in Traditional Chinese Medicine Pharmacy

目的分析中药细胞级粉碎在中药药剂学中的应用效果。方法选取三七、云芝、西洋参、天麻、川贝母等中药材各1 200 g,分为两组进行粉碎,每组各600 g。对照组采取常规粉碎技术,观察组采取细胞级粉碎技术。粉碎后观察两组中药材在粒度与细度等方面的变化情况。结果在经过粉碎实验之后,对照组中药材的粒度前后变化程度明显低于观察组,其组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取细胞级粉碎技术,能够有效溶出中药材中的有效成分,其颗粒粉碎效果明显,更加容易被患者吸收,因此中药成分的利用率较高。

Objective To analyze the application effect of Chinese medicine cell class pulverization in traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy. Methods The Chinese medicinal herbs of sanqi, yunzhi, western ginseng, gastrodia and sichuanmu were selected of 1 200 g, which were divided into two groups, each group with 600 g. In the control group, the conventional pulverization technique was adopted, and the observation group was given the technique of cell class pulverization. The changes in the grain size and fineness of the two groups were observed. Results After crushing experiments, the size of the control group before and after the granularity was significantly lower than that in the observation group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Taking cell class pulverization technology, can effectively dissolve the effective components in Chinese medicinal materials, the grain crushing effect is obvious, more easily absorbed by patients, so the Chinese native medicine ingredient of utilization is higher.
