摘要
目的探讨中医辨证治疗急性白血病发热的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院于2016年6月—2017年6月收治的60例急性白血病发热患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组各30例,对照组采用西医治疗,观察组采用中医辨证治疗,对比观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者的优良率明显高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施中医辨证治疗急性白血病发热的临床疗效显著。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of syndromeifferentiation of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of of acute leukemia fever. Methods 60 patients with acute leukemia fever treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine. The observation group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation Treatment. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and observed. Results The excellent and good rate of the observation group was signifcantly higher than that of the control group, there was a signifcant difference between groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effcacy of TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of acute leukemia fever is signifcant.
