摘要
目的研究冷凝集标本对血细胞分析各项检测参数的影响及处理办法。方法选用本院2015年1月—2017年8月冷凝集标本40例,分别记录37℃水浴前后Sysmex XN-2000全自动血细胞分析仪上的白细胞计数(WBC),血红蛋白数值(Hb)、血小板计数(PLT)、红细胞计数(RBC)、血细胞比容(Hct)、红细胞平均容积(MCV)、红细胞平均血红蛋白含量(MCH)、红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)的测定数值,并进行比对。结果 40例冷凝集标本的血常规检测结果中白细胞计数(WBC),血红蛋白数值(Hb)和血小板(PLT)计数结果在水浴前后没有明显的变化,对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);红细胞计数(RBC),血细胞比容(Hct),红细胞平均容积(MCV),红细胞平均血红蛋白含量(MCH),红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)的数值水浴前后对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冷凝集标本会引起血细胞分析过程中多项参数检测结果严重失真,因此,在做血细胞分析检测时应注意观察,及时发现冷凝集标本,一旦发现,立即将其放入37℃水浴箱中水浴,30分钟后即刻上机检测。
Objective To investigate the effect of cold agglutination sample on the results of hematology analysis and the treatment methods. Methods 40 cold agglutination samples in the First Affliated Hospital of Xiamen University form January 2015 to August 2017 were included into this study. These cold agglutination samples were treated by 37 ℃ warm water bath, and blood routine indexes were detected and compared by SysmexXN-2000 automatic hematological analyzer before and after treatment, including the values of the white blood cell count (WBC), hemoglobin value (Hb) and platelet count (PLT), red blood cell count (RBC), hematocrit (Hct), mean corpuscular volume (MCV), mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH), mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC). Results First, according to the routine blood test results of 40 cases of cold agglutination samples, there was no significant difference between the values of WBC, Hb and PLT before and after water bath (P 〉 0.05) , but there was difference between the values of RBC, Hct, MCV and MCHC (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Cold agglutination has serious interference on a number of test parameters of the results of hematology analysis. So we should pay attention to the discovery of cold agglutination samples. Once cold agglutination samples were found, put them in 37 ℃ water bath immediately and subject to hematology analysis within 30 minutes.
