基层医院手足口病护理管理与医院感染控制分析

Nursing Management and Nosocomial Infection Control of Hand Foot Mouth Disease in Primary Hospital

目的探讨基层医院手足口病护理管理与医院感染控制。方法对我院收治的120例手足口病患者的所有临床数据进行分析,选取时间为2014年1月—2017年1月。对所有患者实施完善后的护理管理,并结合病情实质,对患者采取有效的控制措施。结果 120例患者均未出现院内感染和病情变异等情况,所有患者均得到良好的治疗后,正常出院。结论为降低院内感染的传播情况,需重视疾病,对其特点予以总结,将护理和治疗流程予以完善,加强对患者的管理,其效果显著。

Objective To investigate the nursing management and nosocomial infection control of hand foot mouth disease in primary hospital. Methods All the clinical data of 120 patients with hand foot mouth disease in our hospital were analyzed, and the selection time was from January 2014 to January 2017. For all patients after the implementation of the perfect nursing management, and combined with the essence of the disease, to take effective control measures for patients. Results There were no nosocomial infection and disease variation in 120 patients. All the patients were discharged after normal treatment. Conclusion In order to reduce the spread of nosocomial infection, It is necessary to pay attention to the disease, to summarize its characteristics, to improve the nursing and treatment process and to strengthen the management of the patients, which has a signifcant effect.
