摘要
目的探讨微信随访在肠造口患儿延续护理中的应用。方法将2016年1—12月在我院行肠造口手术即将出院的患儿的家长随机分为两组,对照组家长接受电话随访和门诊随访,观察组在出院后电话和门诊随访的基础上加微信随访。出院当天、出院后1个月、3个月对家长采用Zung编制的焦虑自评量表(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)、家长造口照护知识知晓度调查表进行测评。结果出院后3个月,观察组家长焦虑水平明显低于对照组,造口护理知识知晓度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论微信随访在肠造口患儿延续护理中的应用,增进家长对肠造口护理知识的了解,提高家长照护技能和适应性,降低了家长的焦虑水平。
Objective To investigate the application of WeChat follow-up in continuous nursing care of children undergoing enterostomy. Methods The parents of the children who were to be discharged from the hospital from January to December 2016 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given the parents telephone follow-up and outpatient follow-up, the experimental group in the basis of telephone follow-up after discharge and follow-up on WeChat. On the day of discharge, 1 months and 3 months after discharge, the parents were assessed with Zung self rating Anxiety Scale (Self-Rating Anxiety Scale, SAS) and parental stoma care knowledge questionnaire. Results 3 months after discharge, the anxietylevel of the parents in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the awareness of stoma nursing knowledge was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion The application of WeChat follow-up in continuous care of colostomy children can improve the knowledge of colostomy care, improve the skills and adaptability of parents, and reduce the anxiety level of parents.
