摘要
目的观察并分析预见性精细化护理与心理护理相结合在高龄骨折患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的高龄骨折患者60例作为对象展开分析,分为例数相等的两组,对照组(n=30)选用常规护理方法,观察组(n=30)选用预见性精细化护理与心理护理相结合干预,对比分析两组患者临床疗效。结果观察组患者生活质量显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论预见性精细化护理与心理护理相结合在高龄骨折患者中的应用效果显著。
Objective To observe and analyze the combined effect of foreseeable and refned nursing and psychological care in elderly patients with fractures. Methods 60 elderly patients with fracture in our hospital were selected as objects for analysis. The patients were divided into two groups with equal number of patients. The control group （n = 30） was given conventional nursing method. The observation group （n = 30） was treated with the combination of foreseeable and refned nursing and psychological nursing, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results The quality of life of observation group was signifcantly better than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The combination of predictive fne nursing and psychological care is effective in elderly patients with fractures.
