河北省幼儿教师情绪管理现状研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文对河北省150名幼儿教师进行情绪管理问卷测查,以期探讨幼儿教师的情绪管理现状,结果分析表明:河北省幼儿教师的情绪管理水平较低,主要受到年龄、教龄、职务和薪资水平四种主要因素的影响,四种影响因素对幼儿教师情绪管理及各因素差异性显著。本文还对存在的这种差异性进行了分析。
