摘要 采用可逆加成-断裂链转移(RAFT)聚合合成的聚丙烯酸(PAA)为大分子RAFT试剂.通过聚合诱导自组装法合成了含氟聚丙烯酸酯无皂乳液。运用傅里叶红外光谱(FT—IR)、核磁共振氢谱(^1H—NMR)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和动态光散射(DLS)对聚合物结构和乳胶粒进行了表征。结果表明:当NaOH用量为1.2%,PAA嵌段的聚合度为80时,乳液稳定性良好,转化率达95.1%,乳胶粒具有明显的核壳结构,粒径约为155nm。将含氟聚丙烯酸酯无皂乳液用于皮革涂饰后,随着丙烯酸六氟丁酯(HFBA)用量的增加,涂饰后的皮革对水接触角逐渐增加。当HFBA用量为6%时,涂饰后的皮革对水接触角为115.5°。 Polyaerylic acid (PAA) synthesized by reversible addition-fracture chain transfer (RAFT) polymeriza- tion was used as macro-RAFT agent for the preparation of flourinated polyacrylate surfactant-free emulsion via RAFT polymerization-induced self-assembly. The latex particle and the polymer structure were characterized by means of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), ' Hydrogen-nuclear magnetic resonance (IH-NMR), transmission electron microscope (TEM) and dynamic light scattering (DLS) , respectively. The results show that when the dosage of NaOH is 1.2% and the polymerization degree of PAA segment is 80, the latex display excellent stability, the mono- mer conversion can reach 95.1% and the latex particle show an obvious coreshell structure with a diameter of 155nm. Fluorinated polyacrylate surfactant-free latex was applied to finishing leather. The water contact angle of the finished leather increases with the increasing of hexafluorobutyl acrylate (HFBA) dosages. When HFBA amount is 6%, the water contact angle is up to 115.5°.
