摘要
以从含铬革屑中提取的胶原蛋白粉和活性艳蓝X-BR为主要原料,制备了胶原蛋白改性活性艳蓝染料。得出了最优合成工艺参数:聚氨酯交联剂用量为20%(占蛋白质的绝干质量),染料含量小于25%(可根据所需染料的色调选择),以乙酸钠为氯离子捕捉剂,初期温度为80℃,反应2h后升至95℃,反应至体系pH值不再发生变化。产品的红外谱图验证了分子结构,紫外可见谱图说明了胶原蛋白改性活性艳蓝并未破坏染料的显色基团。对产品的色牢度和耐迁移性进行了测试,得出胶原蛋白改性活性艳蓝染料耐热迁移性优于未改性染料和染料水.耐干湿擦及耐迁移色牢度均达到4级以上。
The polymeric dye of collagen modified reactive blue was synthesized using the main materials of colla- gen extracted from chrome leather scraps and reactive blue X-BR. The synthesis conditions were discussed and the optimal process parameters are concluded as follows that the dosage of polyurethane crosslinking agent is 20% ( oven dry mass of protein), dye dosage is less than 25% ( choosing according to the dye hue requirement), the capture agent of chlorine ions is sodium acetate, the initial temperature is 80℃ and raise the temperature to 95℃ after 2h, it will be finished until the pH value is no longer change. The structure was verified by the infrared spectrogram, UV- Vis spectra analysis shows the absorption peak did not change hfter the modification which means the chromophores are not changed by the modification. The product performance in application of the leather finishing process were tested which show that this product can completely replace the water soluble dyes in the finishing process. The film has good brightness and the level of resistance to dry and wet rubbing fastness and migration fastness achieves above grade 4.
