“校院合作”ICU专科护士培养模式的构建与实践

Establishment and practice of training mode for ICU specialized nurses based on "College-Hospital Cooperation"

目的在"校院合作"培养专科护士建设过程中,探讨重症监护室(ICU)专科护士培养模式的构建与实践。方法从护生与师资队伍的组建、培养目标、课程设置、教学方法等方面介绍了ICU专科护士培养模式的应用方法。结果经过2年的摸索与实践,共培养出76名ICU专科护士;护生就业时被急诊、ICU等科室优先选取,获得用人单位及患者的肯定与表扬;建立一支授课经验、临床经验丰富,梯队合理,具有一定科研能力的双师型教师队伍。结论"校院合作"是培训临床ICU专科护士的一种新型模式,且能为临床培养理论知识扎实、操作技能过硬并且能迅速适应临床岗位的专科护士,同时可为高等护理教育培养ICU专科护士提供借鉴作用。

Objective To explore the establishment and practice of training mode for ICU specialized nurses based on ＂College-Hospital Cooperation＂. Methods This paper introduced the training mode of ICU specialized nurses in the application of the model from nursing students and the teachers troop construction,training objectives, curriculum setting and teaching methods. Results After 2 years of exploration and practice, a total of 76 ICU specialized nurses were trained; Nursing students were selected first by emergency department, ICU and other departments, and obtained the employer and the patients＇ affirmation and praise; A double type teacher team has been established with rich teaching experience, rich clinical experience, reasonable echelon and certain scientific research ability. Conclusion ＂College-Hospital Cooperation＂ is a new type of model to train clinical ICU specialty nurses, and train specialist nurses for clinical practice with solid theory knowledge, skilled operation skill and can quickly adapt to clinical post.At the same time, it can provide reference for the training of ICU nurses in higher nursing education.
