针刺同康复训练对脑卒中后吞咽障碍影响观察

Observation on the effect of acupuncture and rehabilitation training on dysphagia after stroke

目的探讨对脑卒中后存在吞咽障碍患者开展针刺与康复训练的临床效果。方法选取松滋市人民医院2015年11月-2017年4月收治的脑卒中后存在吞咽障碍患者72例。所有样本均给予针刺联合康复训练,并于治疗前后开展吞咽能力的相关评测,比较分析治疗的临床效果。结果本组患者经治疗总有效率为97.2%。治疗后吞咽能力以及各肌群能力均有显著改善,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者开展针刺与康复训练联合治疗,能够显著改善患者的不良症状,提高吞咽能力,具有确切的临床治愈效果。

Objective To discuss the clinical effects of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on patients with dysphagia after stroke. Methods 72 cases with dysphagia after stroke in Songzi People＇s Hospital from November 2015 to April 2017 were selected. All the samples were given acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training, the swallowing capacity related evaluation was conducted before and after the treatment, then the clinical effects were compared and analyzed. Results After the treatment, the total effective rate of the group was 97.2%, and the swallowing ability as well as the ability of muscles were significantly improved, which were compared with before the treatment, the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The application of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can effectively improve the adverse symptoms and improve the swallow ability of patients with dysphagia after stroke, and has a exact clinical healing effect.
