浅谈小肠吸收不良综合征的护理体会

Experience of nursing care of small intestine malabsorption syndrome

小肠吸收不良综合征是指各种因素导致的小肠消化吸收功能衰退,造成机体无法正常吸收营养,而引起的营养缺乏、消瘦、贫血乏力、淋巴结肿大等的临床综合征群。其生理过程、发病机理和病因较为复杂,饮食习惯对患者恢复尤为重要。通过心理干预,可使患者获得更多的社会支持,感受到外界的关爱;同时,通过静脉及饮食干预,确保患者的营养供给并养成良好的饮食习惯,可有效增加患者对小肠吸收不良综合征的疾病认识,改变患者的态度和行为。本文通过对小肠吸收不良综合征患者进行全程护理干预,促使患者树立了康复的信心,积极主动地配合治疗,提高了治疗依从性,降低了复发率,提示全程的护理干预对小肠吸收不良综合征患者的疗效有积极影响,为患者早日康复起到辅助作用。

Small intestine malabsorption syndrome is a clinical syndrome of nutritional deficiency,maransis, anemia and weakness, lymphadenectasis, induced by the facters of small intestine hypofunction of digestine absorption without normal alimentation. Its physiological process, pathogenesis and etiology are more complex, dietary habits are particularly important for the recovery of patients. Through psychological intervention, patients can get more social support, feel the care of the outside world. At the same time,through intravenous and diet intervention to ensure nutrition supply and develop good eating habits, which can effectively increase the disease of intestinal malabsorption syndrome, change patient attitudes and behaviors. Through the whole nursing intervention on small intestine malabsorption syndrome patients, to promote patients to establish rehabilitation confidence, actively cooperate with the treatment, improve treatment compliance, reduce the recurrence, prompt the positive effects of nursing intervention on small intestine malabsorption syndrome patients, to play a supporting role for the early rehabilitation of patients.
