摘要
目的建立同时测定罐头食品中铅、镉、砷、锰、铝、铬、镍、铜、钒、锡和汞的分析方法。方法将罐头食品均质均匀,置于微波消解罐中,采用硝酸对样品进行微波消解后,电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定。选用45Sc、72Ge、103Rh、197Au为在线内标,校正由基体效应和信号漂移产生的影响。结果 11种元素的线性范围为0μg/L^300μg/L(其中锡为0μg/L^3 000μg/L,汞为0μg/L^3μg/L),相关系数均>0.999,检出限为0.2μg/kg^10.4μg/kg,回收率在89.5%~101.2%,相对标准偏差为3.04%~7.70%,国家标准物质的测定值与参考值基本吻合。结论本方法可以通过一次消化测定罐头食品中11种元素,操作简便、快速,结果准确、可靠。
Objective To develop a method to determine the contents of Pb,Cd,As,Mn,Al,Cr,Ni,Cu,V,Sn and Hg in canned food by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry( ICP-MS). Methods The canned food was homogenized,placed in a microwave digestion tank,and digested with nitric acid for microwave digestion,and then detected by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.45 Sc,72 Ge,103 Rh,197 Au were used as internal standard elements to compensate matrix effect and signal drift. Results The linear ranges of the 11 elements were within 0 μg/L-300 μg/L( Sn: 0 μg/L-3 000 μg/L,Hg: 0 μg/L-3 μg/L). The correlation coefficients were greater than 0. 999. The detection limits were within0. 2 μg/kg-10. 4 μg/kg,the recoveries were within 89. 5%-101. 2%,and the relative standard deviations( RSDs) were within3. 04%-7. 70%. The measured values of the national standard materials were in agreement with the certified values. Conclusion This method is simple,sensitive and accurate,and can detect the 11 elements in canned food after single digestion.
