34例支原体肺炎患儿血清干扰素-γ、白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-8及乳酸脱氢酶的检测及临床意义 被引量:12

Detection and clinical significance of serum IFN-γ,IL-6,IL-8 and lactate dehydrogenase in 34 children with mycoplasma pneumonia

摘要 目的探讨MPP患儿血清细胞因子变化及临床意义。方法收集MPP患儿34例为实验组,健康儿童20例为对照组,所有对象抽取静脉血4 ml^5 ml,实验组14 d再抽静脉血4 ml^5 ml,2 ml用ELISA法测IFN-γ、IL-6和IL-8,余2 ml测LDH。结果实验组血清IFN-γ、IL-6及IL-8与对照组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组血清LDH值与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。恢复期血清IFN-γ及IL-6与急性期差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);恢复期血清IL-8、LDH与急性期差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论实验组与对照组、急性期与恢复期相比血清IFN-γ、IL-6及IL-8水平存在差异,提示IFN-γ、IL-6及IL-8可能参与了MPP的发病机制。 Objective To discuss the changes and significance of serum cytokines in children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods 34 cases of MPP children were chosen as MPP group,and 20 cases of healthy children were selected as control group.4-5 milliliter venous blood samples were collected from all research subjects. Similar samples would be collected once again from MPP group after 14 days. 2 milliliter venous blood samples was used to measure the levels of cytokines( IFN-γ,IL-6 and IL-8) by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA). The remaining 2 milliliter was sent to biochemical detecting center for LDH test. Results The differences of serum IFN-γ,IL-6 and IL-8 between in MPP group and in the control group were statistically significant( P〈 0. 01). Serum LDH difference between in MPP group and the control group was not statistically significant( P〉 0. 05). Serum IFN-γ and IL-6 differences between in the recovery period and in the acute period were statistically significant( P〈 0. 01). Serum IL-8 and LDH differences between in the recovery period and in the acute period were not statistically significant( P〉 0. 05). Conclusion Compared with the control group and the recovery period,the levels of cytokines( IFN-γ,IL-6 and IL-8) in children with MPP varied,indicating that IFN-γ,IL-6 and IL-8 may involved in the pathogenesis of MPP.
